Terms of Service

You may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.

Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or disable accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service.

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or infringe others' rights
• Probe, scan, or test platform vulnerabilities without authorization, or bypass security measures
• Copy, scrape, mine, or extract data from the platform except as allowed by these Terms or with written consent
• Misrepresent identity or affiliation, or use the platform for unlawful or deceptive communications

We may investigate misuse and cooperate with authorities where required.

Features may allow an organization to invite users, assign roles, and upload operational data. The organization is responsible for its users' actions within the platform and for obtaining any consents or rights needed for submitted data.

If you use marketplace, checkout, or coordination features, additional listings, fees, taxes, shipping, or payment terms may apply. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide for orders and for complying with applicable trade or regulatory requirements.

The platform, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Soroma Fresh or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide license to host, use, process, and display that content only as needed to provide and improve the platform and as described in our Privacy Policy.

The platform may link to or integrate third-party products. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

You will defend and indemnify Soroma Fresh and its affiliates against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, pose a security risk, or where required by law.

You may stop using the platform at any time. Provisions that should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version and changing the Last updated date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Rwanda will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
